On the day of receipt of payment for services, the customer is provided with an E-ta! confirmation of the transfer of funds to the recipient, and an electronic certificate of acceptance of the book for work.
The publication process in the electronic library of the publishing house takes place after the conclusion of the contract with the customer. Payment for services is made by one of the proposed methods: bank card, electronic wallet, online banking or bank branch by receipt.
Payment by receipt at a bank branch can be made both on the territory of Russia and foreign countries. When choosing this method, it is necessary to confirm the payment by sending a scanned copy of the payment order or bank receipt to the e-mail specified in the contact information.
